I don't know about political...  I think it's more, it's here, it's useful, why 
not use it.

Zone 1 can definitely make good use of it.  No one in Zone 1 wants to use the 
Pvt,Unpublished method,  -Unpublished- alone would get rid of all the 000-* 
entries in the Zone 1 segment now.  That's something though as you say, not 
necessary.. cleaner, definitely.

Me neither either way really, I'm busy with family this week.. but if I had my 
druthers I'd be happy to implement Allowunpub.. I also think it's not 
impossible to get Manuel on board.. he turned it off when I asked him to, I 
have no doubt he'd be willing and able to quickly turn it on..
