okay, its just the half of the problem imho, that makenl can make nodelist with 
errors in, that have to be proccesed with errflags to report it to maintainer 
of nodelist segment, this part should be solved in makenl imho not by external 
programming

maybe is it just that i use windows compile flags on linux ?
