In my research to resetup Fido under Linux, I remember coming accross some
stuff about that, I have it on the list for future lab time. At this point
though its so far down the list or such low priority versus other things.

I would really just as soon have a NATIVE LINUX FD versus hacking to together
in a DOSbox, then a VMODEM thing, etc.. More layers is more layers that can and
 will break.
