I didn't realize the politics of this base. I do thank you, Kai, and others whom actually tried to help - but .... I now realize this ISN'T the place to ask honest Linux OS questions; because thats exactly what my question was...

I didn't understand how much in-fighting was here.. however, its neat to see what I've heard OTHERS speak of when saying FidoNet... isn't...
