Yes, that's correct. :) I asked about "gating" ;) And then we wound up 
exchanging a
tremendous amount of email.

I reduced my screen time for a while to help manage my pain and mental health 
issues. It's been an ongoing struggle ever since but I did manage to get some 
programming done. :)

I started meditation 10 years ago and do it pretty much daily.
