I'm not a beer drinking feller but I'll tell you this PQ> much: 1982 was a very hot year, and there was a particularly nice ale PQ> produced by XXXX in Brisbane for the Commonwealth Games that same year. PQ> For that year only. The formula was never bottled again. I did my part PQ> for the games and downed a gallon or two. :) I started brewing my own beer circa 1980ish and then I relied on canned imports from the UK. Even if it tasted good, it wasn't exceptional. And yes, I have a complete pub like station with carbonating stuff and all. But then I discovered the Aussie Cooper's line of products, and my entire beer world changed. I realized that the Englishmen that went to Australia took with them something that was left behind -- true beer making. I'm forever indebted to you Aussie guys for giving me the best brew you can make yourself. BTW: From what I've heard it's the Swedish company Alfa Laval that made the machines for Cooper. 8-) ... --- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101125 * Origin: news://eljaco.se (2:203/2) .
