but you really should fix the first route-to...

 route-to 1:123/500 1:* 2:* 3:* 4:*

depending on the coding, without the colons could result in 11:bl/ah, 23:bl/ah, 
37:bl/ah and 49:bl/ah along with other 3+ digit zones starting with 1, 2, 3 or 
4 to all be misrouted to 1:123/500...
