The Speedport assigns a /64 out of the /56 for the LAN interface and changes it from time to time. IMHO that doesn't create any improved privacy by any means. If the user's PC runs with privacy extensions disabled the interface part will be always the same (EUI based on MAC of NIC). First Bummer! The choosen /64 is within the /56 obviously.
