   Yes indeed. Those who chose to provide "local" mirrors all seem to be top-of-the-art teccies. Many of the tests rely on local sites for testing, and they are all doing a great work AFAICS.

   The IPv6 community looks more like, once upon a time, the FTN forefront runners all the time.  8-)
