ISPs running any form of NAT shouldn't be allowed to call their product internet access. Calling it web access would be correct, IMHO. Fax will stay alive for a very long time in Germany. The reason for that is a legal constraint. A qualified fax sending report is an evidence that you sent a letter to the addressee. There's nothing similar for emails. Yes, there is DE-Mail but it's complete BS, cumbersome, expensive and discriminates users against classic mail.
