I had to set the IPv6 address of my Linux system's Ethernet connection manually; once I did that radvd takes care of the router advertisements, and a Windows 7 Ultimate laptop was able to SLAAC a working IPv6 address. In fact, it passes test-ipv6.com's test suite with a score of 10/10. I still need to cleanup my startup/shutdown scripts a bit, but it's working fine.
