People in countries all over Europe have the router password for access to the firewall and the InterNet does not implode. My ISP can do a firmware upgrade and I can not block them from doing that despite the fact that I have a password for making chages needed to run severs. All they need to do is rearange the access levels. An internet connection that does not allow the customer to access the firewall is a broken connection. How come the consumer allience - or whatever you have over there - does not make a fuss about it. Are you really stuck with Proximus?
