Or... go to tunnelbroker.net, log in with your username and password,

Select one of your tunnels, and click on "example configurations".

Select your OS (Windows Vista/2008/7). Et voila, there is your sample configuration, comlete with the addresse already filled in. For me it looks like this:

netsh interface teredo set state disabled
netsh interface ipv6 add v6v4tunnel IP6Tunnel 83.82.233.201 216.66.84.46
netsh interface ipv6 add address IP6Tunnel 2001:470:1f14:1117::2
