1. MAY is the term of FTA-1006.
2. *Any* node, *ANY* (in this line "ANY" in emphasis and you may look this if your FTN reader tuned).
I listed "teredo" and more 2 variants: "6to4" (required direct ipv4 connection or tuning of router), "Tunnel brocker".
If somebody can't setup any one of three on your opinion - I don't doctor for it :-D
