I just did a few tests with my laptop that has a 3G broadband interface. The connection is IPv4 only. When I make a connection I get an address in the 100.64.0.0/10 range. So I am behind a CGNAT. I also get an IPv6 address in the Teredo range. But it does not work. The IPv6 test say I have no IPv6. I can not ping test6.vlist.eu or wrt6.vlist.eu. The Teredo address is not pingable from my fixed broadband connection. Forget about Teredeo. It is not reliable.
