For mobile connection in our city. I work in wired ISP, and have done only backbone for IPv6 and to my home :-). And in home I Route Advertising IPv6 in LAN and WLAN. My Android good working in dual stack. And this message sent on my node by IPv6.

Yes. I have Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.3. I have native IPv6 on it by wifi in my home.
