   For any serious network administration on a Windows installation, I would recommend 'netsh' as the tool to use. Unfortunately there's no GUI -- if you do not count the completely worthless 'netsh diag gui' 
function -- you'll have to learn the hard way how to use it:

   Try, for starters, 'netsh interface ipv6 show address' from a cmd prompt (Win-R > 'cmd'). It might get you going.

   And, if there's any programmer reading this, I can assure you that you would get filthy rich if you wrote a proper GUI for 'netsh'... 8-)
