I'd guess so. R50 is a little bit more progressive than other regions.

A lot of nodes over here are still running OS/2 which doesn't support IPv6. They could use a simple proxy for inbound IPv6 connections but aren't keen on setting up one.

That would be a waste of energy. :) We have to wait until nodes are forced to IPv6 by their ISPs. Another cup of tea? ;)
