If it needs both engines to fly, it is less safe. A three engine plane that needs two engines to fly and land is less safe than a two engine plane that can fly and land on one engine. A three engine plane that can fly and land on one engine is safer. Having two ISPs is not necesarily better than having one. More is not always better. Dual stack better than IPv6 only? Hmm....
