   OK. So e.g. http://6.pps.yi.org (or anything before the '.pps' part) should have an IPv6 only resolve to my home page now.

   Now *that* is a result that you really have to explain to us. I recognise my own IPv6 number, but don't understand how it can be resolved that way.
