i hate that it works for some links, but not all, if i just know why i could possible fix it :(

if some can confirm binkd with zlib/bzip2 support fails, while binkd with that compression works, then i know its something in qico handshake that fails

but i think more its my isp router thats the problem, order of a new isp link is in progress
