"no AKAs in common domains or all AKAs are busy" IIRC. Anyway it does not match what I observe. Wnat I observe is that when I try to connect, my system first tries IPv6 and it immidiately gets a "connection refused". Without any delay it then tries to connect via IPv4 and succeeds. This behaviour is consistent. It happens every time I try. If all servers were bysy, one would expect it to be busy on IPv4 as well, at least occasionally.
