apache need to Listen on [::]:80 and [0.0.0.0]:80, i had it working just fine here :)

after this one can define virtual host like ipv4 also for ipv6

but since i am low mem, it turned off ipv6 again here

in windows does netstat shows that the webserver listen on ipv6 ?, are there any dump logs that shows it works ?
