I don't keep count, so I can just give you estimates. I have installed the IPvFox add-on for Firefox so I can see if I access a web page via IPv4 or via Ipv6. I estimate that over 80% of my http traffic (as a client) is IPv6.

For Fidonet I have 40 password protected links, 21 of which are IPv6 capable. So just over 50%.
