2001:1c02:1100:d700:f1d0:2:280:5555 should work now, but I am not sure I won't go back to using the SLAAC address.

My ISP does not issue static addresses and contrary with IPv4, with IPv6 one can not rely on the adresses not changing as long as the WAN MAC address of the router does not change.

A static configured address and IPv6 DDNS probably do not go together...
