An AYIYA SixXs tunnel works from behind NAT. I tested that many years ago. I considered transfering my SixXs tunnel to my laptop whe I got an he.net tunnel at home. Too late now, SixXs closes shop in a month.

At home I could test using my FON spot or my 3G dongle. They are IPv4 only..
