Binkp over IPv4 works. Blocking binkp via Teredo and not direct is illogical. Besides, no http over IPv6 either. All Ipv6 test sites that I can remember say I have no IPv6.

However, "properties" of my wireless LAN interface says that IPv6 is enabled...

What Teredo server do you use? Here it is teredo.ipv6.microsoft.com.
