You are missing a global address.
Do you have a radvd active?
Your IPv6 router needs to send router advertisements with your subnet address.
When an IPv6 host receives those, it will generate a global IPv6 address with that subnet address.

You are missing the global address.
The fe80 address is a link-local address.
It is only valid on that Ethernet link.
You need one with a global scope!

Enable the advertisments on your IPv6 router.
