Usually not really.

For my case, it is logging into the DNS Account, press add AAAA enter the address and press commit.

Then you have to wait a bit until the info propagates and you are good to go.

In the meantime you can publish your literal IPv6 address here.
You can also try to poll me or other IPv6 enabled nodes.
The domain name from the nodelist is:
