You need to use a mailer that supports IPv6.
BinkD is an excellent choice.

You need to add a AAAA record to the domain name that you have in the nodelist.
You need to make sure that the firewall of the router and server do not block the incoming IPv6 packets on the BinkP port.

That is it and you are ready to go.

If you need testers, here are plenty of people who can try to poll you via IPv6.
