It is fixed in today's list:

,10,Internet,Finland,UUCP,-Unpublished-,9600,CM,XA,IBN,
INA:[2001:470:1f15:cb0:f1d0:2:221:10],INO4,GUUCP,U,ENC

So now the number of INO4 flags in the nodelist has increased by 100% ;-)
