Suppose the ISPs would offer you the choice between DS-Lite and Dual stack at an extra fee. How much would you be prepaired to pay for Dual stack?

My guess is that this may become an option in the future. I don't think I'd want to pay more than EUR 5 or EUR 10 a month for an IPv4 address. Above that I'd give DS-Lite a try.
