   I just "reloaded" my netsh script and hope that it will make some difference.

netsh -f PATH_AND_FILENAME.txt

   And if you want to save your working setting, here's how to save it for the above reload:

netsh -c interface dump > PATH_AND_FILENAME.txt

   Just in case anyone of y'all is interested... 8-)

   The resulting textfile is actually easier to manually edit than going over all the netsh shit...
