Are you sure about that? What makes you think the ISPs will be able to postpone the date that RIPE will be down to their last /8? They will of course try to last their own stock as long as possible and maybe some may manage to postpone running out of their own hoadrings until 2015. But that is different from the RIPE pool depleting.

Unfortunately that is true for most, but there are some exceptions.

I think you are too pessimistic. Yes they are still dragging their feet, but at least the bigger ones here in The Netherlands realise very well that if they do not go IPv6 it will make them lose profits.

My ISP (Ziggo) claims that their backbone is IPv6 capable. New costumers are issued DOCSIS 3.0 modems and IPv6 will be enabled for them before the end of the year.

Existing customers? They don't say...
