Oh, the nodelist tells to use port 24555. For some reason my win32 binkd does not obey the port infromation from the dns. The linux version does:

 BEGIN, binkd/1.1a-94/Linux -pP 3:770/100 /etc/binkd/binkd.cfg
 creating a poll for 3:770/100@fidonet (`d' flavour)
 clientmgr started
 call to 3:770/100@fidonet
 trying f100.n770.z3.binkp.net [219.89.83.33]...
 connected
 outgoing session with f100.n770.z3.binkp.net:24555 [219.89.83.33]
