I can ping that too, buy *::1 is the he.net end of the tunnel.

 fido.globaldynamics.su points to 2001:470:70:bf5::2 and that is his end of the tunnel. That end does not ping.

So maybe Tommi's guess is right: the tunnel is down..

Andrew where does you tunnel end? In your router or in your fido system? Are you sure the tunnel is up?
