One can always hope, but I fear this BEREC is just another toothless tiger that can not enforce anything.

I see no mention at all of IPv6 in the above document. So that not offering IPv6 violates net neutrality is just interpretation.  An interpretaion I tend to agree with, but I am retired, noone exept a few fidonet members listens to me any more,,,
