From a different discussion I gather, that he uses Binkd and separate files to include the passwords. Unless he uses the t-mail, ifcico or qico style password file, there will be some Node line that defines the password(s) for your system. As that is likely to be a static file, add "-4" as first value after the nodenumber. This forces Binkd to use IPv4 for that node.
