I dont know.  I am no expert in this. I would be interested in learning more,
but at this point, things get a little difficult.  Somebody sent me a set of
Netsh commands to use to shut down various things, and I have done that.  I
save that as a file.

netsh int ipv6 set global randomizeidentifiers=disabled
netsh int ipv6 set privacy state=disabled
netsh int ipv6 isatap set state disabled
netsh int ipv6 6to4 set state disabled
netsh int teredo set state disable

Is there anything else I should do .  Darn this.  Question mark comes out as �.
 Somehow this keyboard driver got changed or remapped
