Subj : IPv6 address change?

Can anyone explain, why, when I install the latest version of windows 10 on a
new HD, on the same computer I have been using all along, do the same
configuration with the netsh commands, and end up with a different IPv6
address?  I'll post the new address later.  Just a quick note here.  BTW, if
any dupes came from my system, my apologies.  I t hink I got all before they
went out, but never sure of that.
