aa50:e23 - invert the 0 and the e to get e0, skip the 2, then the 3f, the 49,
skip the ff:ea to get to the ad, add 0 in front of f to get 0f, then the a9. I
see the pattern, but have no idea as to why.

I believe that may be the case...

I believe it is a firewall issue, in part. I used "telnet -6 localhost 24554"
today and binkd responded as it should. I have the IPv4 address with no
firewall in the router and it is passed straight through to the computer, which
has the static IPv4. I do run iptables, but the BBS software handles most of
the "firewalling".
