I used GOGO6 IPv6 tunnel. Very easy to setup, with tunnel endpoints in multiple regions.

HE is also free.

But for how long? As long as not many make use of these facilities, the
ones running the POP's can easely afford to make it a free service. But
what if IPv6 starts booming and they will have to invest in extra
hardware to meet the demand? Surely at some point the shareholders will
demand some return on their investment?
