 Generally I do get a copy, but only if Ward's system is in reliable mode.
 His system has been down for a couple of days and maybe not all processes
 have been restarted.

 For some time it is suggested that RC's send a copy to 2:280/5003 when an
 update is delevered to Ward. If routing updates throug Ward would be
 reliable, there would also be no need to have a backup nodelist production.

 He has informed some, that he will return a week later. I do not expect that the Nodelist collation has priority when he gets home.
