No, it's under development, I'm sure outbound will be sorted before the next stable release. Inbound connectivity is done using the "mis2" binary, which can currently manage some of the servers (not all yet). Outbound is done using "fidopoll", which hasn't yet been upgraded to support IPv6. So, yes, IPv6 support is not yet complete, but it _is_ a development build, not a stable release. ....
