AFAIK, none of the affordable VoIP-ATAs supports IPv6. Even Grandstream's new HT802 doesn't. The WellGate 2522 with IPv6 support costs around EUR 200 and seems to be one of the cheapest in that class. Or maybe a Fritzbox?
