Configure manually a Host with 2607:f2c0:f00e:4200::/64 eg.
2607:f2c0:f00e:4200::1

Run some service there (web, binkd, whatever) and tell us which port.
We can than check if we can reach it from the WAN side.
If not you need to configure the firewall.
