It is probably a one-way IPv6 -- outgoing, just like mine.  I have yet to find in the router a place to allow incoming and I believe it's by design.  The router furnished to me by AT&T doesn't have the capability yet.  I could be wrong.  It shouldn't, however, time out on IPv4 unless something else is in play.
