And what don't they think is working?  You're able to make outbound IPv6
connections, so _something_ is working.  To test inbound, all we need is the
IPv6 address of your Mac.  That's what I've been trying to get off you for the
last day or so.  It should be available in your network settings, or you can
openb a terminal window and run

/sbin/ifconfig

and paste the output here.
