OK, that's a good start.  Have you assigned an IPv6 address for your BBS
machine?  What does ifconfig (Linux) or ipconfig (Windows) say? (copy and paste
the output here).  I can't ping your router's IP, but that could be packet
filtering on the router blocking ping.
