So wherever you are now, you can access your BBS. With what? A laptop you carry around? A smartphone? How do you connect to the Internet?

Yes, I can telnet into your bbs via livewirebbs.ddns.net. So there is no DNS problem. But there is a "connection refused" on port 24554. So your binkd mailer is not running, or your firewall is not configured to forward port 24554.

I suspect this was already the case before you left your house. You said it was fixed, but you never checked. If you can telnet into your BBS, you can also use whatever you telnet with to try to access port 24554 on livewirebbs.ddns.net and see for yourself, there is a "connection refused .
